I tried a Jamie Oliver recipe for a Fish cake. It was really good, and my wife loved it. We'd never had Fish Cake before, and I don't think its a North American dish (never seen it on a menu or anything).
I'm going to try and make his Elvis Burger next.
I think I'm going to go out and try to get a few of the titles you guys recommended. I'm really enjoying some of the British recipes! Very fun way to cook. A bit annoying though when I don't understand some of the terms though.
