Quote: Leevil @ November 18 2009, 1:46 AM GMTNo, but she sounds like the sort of character I'd like to do an impression of, for my colleagues in front of the water-cooler the next day.
Yeah, but try to pitch a big, fun, silly sitcom if you're not Lineham. Someone reads a couple of your single camera, more "real world" scripts, then you present them with something that only makes sense in its own world... they think you've gone mad.

It will be, but only as evidence to a jury.

It should be considered a classic, but is destined to be hidden away for a long time now. The one with Bill Nighy in, as the mid-life crisis bloke trying to be an artist, was simply brilliant.
I watched it, and really enjoyed them. I want to watch it all again though. As I only remember one scene, which featured a guy believing the fax machine delivered blank paper over the line. Brilliant.

Yeah, they don't like things written on typewriters either. Best to use a computer, apparently.
I don't know, these things go in cycles, I suppose. By next year they might be gagging for those type of shows. Nobody knows anything, as the saying goes. Chin up, Leevil.

There was a very good one with Tasmin Greig as a new mother returning to work after having had a baby. Great performance by her.

You'll have to remove your cock from my mouth first, Tim.

I love a good transcript. Whenever I think I'm wasting my time on the internet, I think of those guys who spend their time watching and transcribing every episode of some bloody sci-fi show they're a fan of. (*checks Sooty's not around* )

It's called "living the dream", Badge.

There's nothing better then logging dialogue, Tim! Certainly beats just enjoying the show and then getting on with your life.
Jesus! It's bad enough writing down your own dialogue, let alone somebody else's. For free as well!
Somebody's got to support this internet shizzle.
Yeah, if people don't take an active interest, then this whole cyberspace thing might turn out to be a short-lived fad...
(I like the word "shizzle" by the way. )

Poor Mark Little. He's up there, unwanted, in a box in my Mother's attic, gathering dust.

It rhymes with "pizzle", that's why I's like it.
