Miranda - Series 1 Page 15

Nope. Not for me. I'll not bother again.

This show gets worse. In an example of generosity, I agreed to watch it again: big mistake.

Hart is awful, pitiful even.

My initial assessment was correct: garbage.

You put nuns who work in leper colonies to shame, Jim.

I think I'm right in saying that she's sending herself up, and that includes the naff and embarassing jokes. That's what it looks like to me. Her clumsiness and naffness is part of the joke.

Brilliant. Funny characters, funny dialogue, funny plot and oh did I mention that it was funny?

The best sitcom to have adorned our screens since My Family.

As I often say to my wife and nephews animosity is 'not my bag', however, may I suggest to one of the moderators that comments such as these are wholey inaccurate and hence should be eradicated from the thread.

It was my opinion.

Jim Field thinks Miranda is garbage? Sure, and he can express that on here.

Having watched several recent sitcoms such as Thick Of It, Beautiful People and being tricked into watching a clip of the ghastly boardline pornography of Nighty Night, I think people involved on a comedy website should be wholeheartedly promoting brilliantly written, family-friendly gems such as Miranda, and this includes deleting all derogatory comments regarding said show.

Oh f**k, we've got a God botherer. Huh?

This is not going to end well.

Forget it, David, it's c**t-eat-c**t around here I'm afraid. I feel your pain though. Console

In an example of generosity, I agreed to watch it again:

WTF?! Who did you agree with? Yourself? That's crazy talk.

'I hate getting kicked in the nuts, but as an act of sheer misanthropy, I wholeheartedly consented to having my testicles violent beaten once more to see if I might find it pleasurable a second time round. My initial conclusion that it hurts still stands. Don't all applaud me at once.'

You weirdo. :S

:P
