He wouldn't have fitted in here, then.
This is sad news but I have to say I thought he'd already passed on a year or two ago, so I got that wrong. He was outstanding in Wickerman, even sir Christopher Lee paled into the background against that robust performance. And he could really act. Anyone see him in Uncle Tom's Cabin? What a performance. One of our most under rated actors for certain, although the Americans knew class when they saw it, and used him a lot in his last 30 years or so, so well done to them.
RIP Eddie
