The Wicker Man - The Ending

Oh for goodness sake! It was made in 1973! (And the clue is sort of in the link for those who haven't seen it.) :)

Was he still mairred to Ooooo Betty?

Yes, if indeed you meant 'married'.

I didn't know he was ever married to her! Really? :O

(And for those of you who don't want to know how Downfall (the film about Hitler's last days in a Berlin bunker) ends, please look away now...)

'...Edward never had a bad word to say about anyone.'

He wouldn't have fitted in here, then.

Laughing out loud

This is sad news but I have to say I thought he'd already passed on a year or two ago, so I got that wrong. He was outstanding in Wickerman, even sir Christopher Lee paled into the background against that robust performance. And he could really act. Anyone see him in Uncle Tom's Cabin? What a performance. One of our most under rated actors for certain, although the Americans knew class when they saw it, and used him a lot in his last 30 years or so, so well done to them.

RIP Eddie :(
And we only just saw him die in Eastenders.

Who was he in EastEnders?

Who was he in EastEnders?

Patrick Trueman.

So sad. Great actor.

"If we don't come down hard on these clowns, we are going to be up to our balls in jugglers!"
