Not exactly.

Your jelly = our Jell-O.
Your jam = our jam.
Our jelly = whatever you call your jam, but without out any solid chunks of fruit.

I *think* that's right.

There's traditional jam, with fruit and seeds in and there's also jam which looks heavily processed.

When did this go from dirty to a cooking lesson?
