I don't think he quite read it properly before he replied...?

Ah. 2,000. NOT 20,000.

That's a little less :O, but still...

Was it discussing the merits of the French?

Ah, this thread has left me confused about whether I want to reach 1000 posts or whether I should slow down my already snail pace.

We got it when I was little.

I still sometimes think 'zee' by accident instead of zed.

We had a Canadian version called Sesame Park that said Zed instead of Zee, switched the Spanish for French lessons, switched the American history with Canadian history and had a bunch of different Muppets like Basil the Bear, and Louis the French Canadian Otter. Seriously I'm not joking both characters can be bellow.

Aw.
Ha, and a PC wheelchair using one.

But of course. It couldn't be a Canadian show without annoyingly overt PC characters. :D

You do realise that this is a good example of why no-one phones Canada first in the event of a war breaking out? Rolling eyes

I'm not sure how we could have got one post out of that, nevermind 2,000 odd.

Laughing out loud I meant 2000!

I don't know if it's "politically correct" for someone to use a wheelchair. I think it's more of a practical thing.

Shup.

At least she's got legs, most of the Muppets don't. Oh the cruel irony of seeing one of your fellow characters with legs that she can't use whilst you have none.

Jim Henson must have hated Canadians.

My mum had to sing loudly "zed" at the end of the Seseame street song so that my sister and I didn't copy "zee." Bless my mum.
