Getting blood taken. I get all clammy and definitely can't watch. Unfortunately, to stay in this country I have to get a physical each year, including a blood sample.
Also, roller coasters . . . or pretty much any amusement park rides other than merry-go-rounds. Any fast spinning rides, or particularly being sent into the air . . . nah, I don't go there. 
I used to be terrified of lifts, but then I got a job on the 11th floor and I was cured. Until the lift broke and so did my wrist - with a lift door on either side of it.

same thing with me and dentists.... I had braces so now I dont hate them anymore Im actually going in for a intensive polish in a few weeks 
But I didn't break my wrist.... so probably better than your story
