I find South Park in the same vein as Simpsons for dating.
The comedy is at two different levels between the first few seasons to the around seasons 4 and up. It's almost a different show.

Well you're certainly safer, but no. The way things are being set up now, an IP/range would only be added to the list after someone had been contacted by the authorities and managed to identify which IPs were responsible for finding them.
