Not mine Dolly, he does my head in.
I asked Mrs Scotti how long cats live for, she said 'can be upto twenty years'...I said 'Oh, how old is ours?'
She said 'One'.

I like both, though my new cat is a wild little thing that has scratched everyone to pieces. I wouldn't let a dog get away with it. My dog is an absolute pussy cat in comparison.

We are getting a dog soon, so I'm hoping 'Sooty' gets phased out...

If you really don't want him that much, wouldn't it be kinder to donate him to a shelter so he can go somewhere he can be well looked after and loved than to treat him badly and hope he just runs away.

What breed of dog were you thinking of getting Scotti?
Miniature Schnauzer, we think...
Hopefully at Christmas time.

Nice choice The warden back at my old uni had one called Schweppes and let it run around the halls all the time. They seem to have a nice friendly temperament.

Yes, our friends have one, and he's great. Just want a nice, friendly dog as you say.
My parents had a Yorkshire Terrier when I was growing up, he lived to 20 years and 2 months. But I wouldn't reccommend getting one, he was a nasty little thing and he ruined almost every toy I ever had. I remember one particular toy, The Last Action Hero figure of Arnie and he chewed every weapon he had, I was particularly mad that day.

Yeah, act surprised, Roo, you were nowhere near it, right?
I am listening to fireworks going off to the strains off the Doctor Who theme tune and Bryan Adams, whilst I write a modern fairtytale short film.

The funniest thing about it was it used to be the old fire house!
Nothing will ever be as funny as when the Plymouth Hoe caught fire and they announced all the sailors were pulling out of the burning Hoe!!
