I am getting ready to plan my big celebrate me birthday bash. 
Hard to top last year but I shall try.

Party games? I like the one where everyone brings a photo of themselves as a baby or child and then everyone has to guess who was who.

Have a 'Pimps and Hookers' themed party - but with real pimps and hookers to give it that authentic twist.
Oh wait, that was my 30th.
How about a fancy dress, where you come as the other guests? Could cause some arguments but would be funny sending your friends up.
