Robyn now has two essays for one essay title. The first of which she did and liked, and the second of which she did (on an entirely different topic as it was the best to find a poem for) after her lecturer recommended close reading. She didn't want to delete the first, but is now confused about which to turn in!

Maybe you should tell the tutor you've written two and ask which would be best! S/he will be well impressed. Heh.
I only have to write one essay (which I'm doing now) for my whole MA, all the other assignments are pieces of creative writing.
So that's something to look forward to if you're planning to do an MA after your degree.
I asked her which was best having written numero uno, and she basically said one which is close-reading. I'm just tied by my affection for the first one. athetic]
Aw.
Maybe you can use the first for something else, later.
