Cornflour can change the colour though!
Hey, what's wrong with talking about cooking? A time to be creative and break bread with your fellow man? Oh, I see...

My other top tip is that if you smear shaving foam over your bathroom mirror, then wipe it off, when you have a shower/bath the mirror won't mist over. This effect can last up to a week. (*weeps inconsolably over the loss of youth*)
What are your suggestions for lower back pain, Tim? I'm sure you've got one or two...
A Dr. Walker massage most likely
I've not got any great remedies for lower back pain, I'm afraid. Unfortunately, although evolution-wise it's great that humans learnt to walk upright, gravity disagrees and this is why it will probably never be eradicated.
My back is still all screwed up from the other day and I still am kind of hunched over. I've tried a bunch of suggestions, including crazy ones from my grandmother, but it isn't any better.
I just had a pizza where I screwed the order up or they miss heard me.
No pizza sauce but double chilli sauce.
Pretty horrible, is anyone sympathetic?
Sleeping on your stomach is the most helpful position for lower back pain. Not exactly revolutionary advice, but there you are.

Immigrant delivered it, no doubt?
I once ordered a pizza and received it with no cheese and the top smashed in. I feel your pain.
It was Nick Griffin.
Apparently Bonnie Greer took the order.

Thanks Tim. I don't usually sleep that way. It's very uncomfortable for me, but I'm willing to try anything.

Er, yes, I'd keep that information to yourself around here if I were you...

Yes, I will do that. I won't even say my reason why it's uncomfy...

I have to disagree with this.
I've suffered from lower back pain for the past six years, it first emerging in pregnancy as I also had SPD and ended up not being able to walk in the later stages.
If I slept on my front I'd be in agony.
I had physio for six months and found the very best thing is exercise. When I don;t then I'm in pain. Short term I recommend lying on your back on a hard floor with your knees bent. Support belts can also help a lot. Keep moving is the best thing I'd advise for back pain.
