Thanks Roo. I owe you a hug.
Just been out for a meal.
Not good.
Watched everyone down a starter, main, and pudding while I pushed some roast ham and eggs ( oh and a chucky chip ) around on my plate.
Then I had to pay!!! Boo!
Quote: AndreaLynne @ October 30 2009, 10:13 PM BSTJust found out that the drunkenest of the drunken aunts is taking it upon herself to deliver the eulogy. The last funeral we attended with her she wore a red dress that fit like a sausage skin. Not in the good way, of course. I am sad.
Put some rohypnol in here wine!
Or, can't you have two eulogies?
Roo has got hot choc with whipped cream, flake, and marshmellow. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I'm having a cup of English breakfast tea. Sore throat. Grr.
Good tea choice!

Quote: EllieJP @ October 30 2009, 12:03 PM BSTThe egg mcmuffin I had this morning was immense though.
I prefer a Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin myself.
*drools with wantage*
Quote: Moonstone @ October 30 2009, 2:51 PM BSTReally, does anyone?
You're asking for a beating.
Quote: Moonstone @ October 30 2009, 2:54 PM BSTOh ok, fair enough It's a hell of a place to visit, but I dunno why anyone'd want to live there.
Because it's the best place in the world.

Why anyone would want to live there is beyond me.
Danny is back from his gig, went okay, an Australian woman went a byt hysterical and had to be taken out of the room for some water which was slightly surreal.
One of the other supporting artists was amazing and think is destined for big things 'David Rowan'.
And the headliner was a bit Hils Barker.
Female comedians get's me every time.
New material went okay (thanks Roo for sitting through my rehearsal.
And thanks everyone for the good luck messages.

Great to hear Danny.
If you want to feel good about stand up I advise you read Steve Martin's book "Born Standing Up" you see how even the best of the best like Martin had to go through daily heckling and worse (yes worse). Stick with it! You can only get better. Glad you felt it went well.
