Two Pints Page 3

I'd be interested to know from those who like Two Pints, what they thought of grownups?

I would imagine that they find it hilarious.

That's another reason why I hate it like poison. All the good shows that BBC3 could show (stuff from the Beeb's vaults that hasn't been repeated in years) and they show wall to wall Two Pints. That's probably why it has an audience - it's on so often that people have been bludgeoned in to submission.

"What's on tonight? Seven episodes of Two Pints...again. I must not complain. The BBC knows what's best for me. I must watch and enjoy this wonderful show."

I'm in the shit camp on this show. I think I watched the first few and found a little annoying and I just couldn't bring myself to watch it anymore.

Talking about BBC3 repeating shows that aren't shit they could always repeat Fifteen Storeys High, the second series which I have yet to see.

Me too!
Yes, I've been waiting for a repeat of that for-bloody-ever.

It'll be out on DVD shortly.

Regarding Grownups, mildly amusing at best.

Hi, I'm new.

I like Two Pints and I'm pretty sure I'm not in it's target demographic. Johhny's rap about biscuits is genius and I'm susprised to see so much negativity.

Well, I'm sure that you'll all be glad to know that the new 6-episode series of Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps will be recording from the beginning of November, and so is likely to broadcast around March 2008 I would guess.

Should anyone be interested, tickets can be found here.

Yeah, I hate it like poison as well. Six half hour scripts from the writers on these forums would be far better.

Are there really only 6 episodes in a series?
That can't be true.

I think previous series' have had more.

the last few series have had 10 or so episodes, i think. every series since series two has had more than 6, i think.
