I'm sorry, Sootyj but your argument just hasn't got legs.

Hasn't that gag been made twice already?

Hasn't that gag been made twice already?

It's gone to his head...

Oh, that dosn't work.

Errr

:)

It's gone to his head...

This man's career needs to end.

I can't see why the joke is offensive... He's saying that a british serviceman, even with missing limbs, is goimg to be the best at what ever he or she does... or am I missing the point or are people being overly sensitive or are the papers creating a story where there isn't one... again...

are the papers creating a story where there isn't one... again...

This seems like the most plausible explanation imho.

Let's see...

Quote: Nil Putters @ October 25 2009, 5:12 PM BST

He's 'armless.

Quote: Scottidog @ October 25 2009, 5:13 PM BST

He aint got a leg to stand on, Tim.

Quote: sootyj @ October 25 2009, 5:14 PM BST

You don't have a leg to stand on.

Mmmm... One arm(less) joke: Two 'leg to stand on' jokes...

Answer to your question - Not even once.

Wave

Close enough Quotie McAnal.

Such a strange creature, the armless scottish two legged glove puppet.

Quote: sootyj @ October 25 2009, 6:08 PM BST

Close enough Quotie McAnal.

You mean it was a leg joke. Ok. Fine. Huh?

Quote: Kevin Murphy @ October 25 2009, 5:14 PM BST

I thought it was hilarious when I read it on Chortle earlier.

Obviously your definition of hilarious and mine don't exactly coincide.

Anyway, perhaps he'll tour with Skinner soon . . . .

WHat "Skinner." the one eyed Leftie from Centre 70?

This man's career needs to end.

What me, Kev?

Quote: Scottidog @ October 25 2009, 6:33 PM BST

What me, Kev?

No, him.

Quote: Scottidog @ October 25 2009, 6:33 PM BST

What me, Kev?

Yeah, you made a joke about somebody with a disability (viz, no head), so your career has to end. Those are the rules. Apparently.

;)

Toot Toot!
