And the puns - don't forget the puns.

Oh yeah and them! :D

Roodeye... I had a look at the original post in the cold light of morning. She puts an openly smile face after the comment re modern detached and it hasn't been edited - one of these. :D It signifies the comment is tongue in cheek. As a fan of the suble nuance I am surprised you missed this. Anyway it is an hour earlier than it should be. :)

I think it's just the nature of these boards that if someone is baited they respond. Maybe they shouldn't but there are worse things happening in the world.

Marc P's okay but, to be blunt,
That ***** ******'s quite the ****.

If you're referring to me, I'd prefer you to not be so cowardly. When I asked my initial question, it was with a grin, because I genuinely wondered where the significance of the detached part of the house would play a part. I read a lot of scripts and have to then partake in workshop sessions discussing them.

In response you were then quite rude and patronising to me, hence my post regarding the type of house.

As regards my sketch, the usual slug line asks for 'day' or 'night' so I made a descision on that.

I hope this clears the matter up and you don;t continue to single me out for abuse because I neither understood, nor found your sketch funny.

For what it's worth, the sketch made me laugh.

Sorry, Aaron.

No offence intended.

I thought the sentiment expressed was both 'funny' and 'true'.

Apparently, it was only 'true'.

I'll now remove myself and my original works permantly from your forum.

Best wishes to all. Cool

On a brighter note, 'The Man with the Golden Gun' has just started on ITV.

Shame.

Roodeye took unnecessary asterisks

The gaul of the man!
