Hitler admired certain areas of the British character. He certainly planned on controlling most of Europe. As for historical evidence he admired Czeklovakia and Austro-Hungary. Didn't stop him concquering either when he saw them as a threat. The most generous judgement one could make was he was willing to wait for a fascist government to be elected in England.
