Thanks for the welcome folks. Obviously this is a busy thread. I jumped in and posted a an excerpt of my script - a big leap from short story writing.

When it comes to comedy, I love various types. Some of my favourites of all time are Steptoe and Son, Blackadder, Cheers (the first couple of series) Coupling (unusually so)Only Fools and Horses and lots more.
