As we seem to have a lot of dieters and people trying to keep fit here, I thought it may be interesting to share our healthiest habits!
For me, I have several. I eat wholemeal and wholegrain rather than white products, practise portion control, and eat a variety of coloured veggies. I also don't ever deny myself a treat because if I do, I think about it all day and then when I cave in, I eat it by the bus load so I'd rather have that quick little bit. I also make a lot of my food from scratch, avoiding ready meals, drink water like a fish, limit my caffiene intake, up my calcium, and I do yoga, tae bo, and I walk and cycle most places. I'm not a stick insect but I am nice and healthy!
