Overall a superb series! I'll be looking forward to another.
How Not To Live Your Life - Series 2 Page 10
Great, great last episode. Going to miss this. Excelled in the second series for sure.
Really liked last night's episode. Only the second one I've caught of this series, but it was funny and even quite touching at times.
Really good series, apart from the 'gay' episode which didn't work at all for me. Laura Haddock is really very attractive, too.

Thanks Stan. Will have to give it a go then - but without the expectation of it being as good as the second series (which isn't too bad seeing as the second was f**king awesome).
Good to see you still kicking around btw. Have you abandoned General though?

Cool - I remember an episode where Don goes to work at the office of Abby's boyfriend as being one to look out for.
I still dip my toe in the waters of general, but not finding enough time for a full swim. Plus I might get verrucas.
I wasn't expecting much from this - not least because this is a John Lucas sponsored thread - but overall a very enjoyable series. Looking forward to the third.
Having read the above reaction to the second series, I now feel I shouldn't have decided to not even watch the first episode (after I considered series 1 awful). Perhaps I should give it a go? Then again this would be tantamount to admitting I may have been wrong. What to do, what to do...?
Very impressed with the second series, the consistency was great, the dynamics, freshness was spot on. It makes series one look like How Not To Do A Successful Sitcom. They made Don more likeable and Sam was a great person to spar with. Hope series three is on the way - wouldn't believe I would be saying that after the first episode of the first series!

Perhaps there's hope for Home Time yet?

I totally forgot about that sitcom. I will have to go to the thread and find out if it got any better.
Very enjoyable series - but I do have a complaint: Laura Haddock is just too attractive. She distracted me away from the jokes!

I had the same problem with Mrs Treacher.

You should follow my lead and give everything a chance. Silly, silly Timothy.
Anyway. It was highly amusing. Was glad to see that Don followed Sam rather than waiting for Abby.
