Ask Laaaaura. She has been about a bit. Maybe he is just busy and we should use this chance for grammarchy.

! Nooo! I hope you went to work after this and didn't just stop replying cos you collapsed or something!
Robyn woke up in the middle of the night because she had a brainwave about her essay. In the light of the morning it seems a bit of a braindead-wave instead.
I survived. Just. Raspberry jam on toast can be a killer though. Beware.
I don't really like jam, so I'm safe...for now...

I was by myself when I almost choked. There's a lot of pressure you feel in your forehead, also I noticed that I was turning red. I figured the best way to simulate the Heimlich Maneuver was to to throw myself over the back of a kitchen chair. Obviously, it worked
Glad you are still with us & <3 your avatar!
Robyn is going to get a migraine. >_<
Immigram
Works for Mrs Bigfella everytime.

I didn't have to go that far. Just lots of coughing and water.
Thanks.

Not like jam!? You crazy kids!

I can't ask her! Zooo scares me. She'd probably call me a racist or something, or go "Grrrr!"

I think you should try and get an item on a consumer programme warning about the dangers. Then again, to quote Partridge, "You could try Watchdog but I think they've got bigger fish to fry".
I choked on chocolate once. It just melted and got stuck as a big globule in the back of my throat. I was with my friend Claire and she just laughed at me as I tried to draw breath. She also once brought me a bag of chocolate covered brazil nuts - depite my potentially fatal allergy. I think she's trying to tell me something.
If only nut allergies had been around during Agatha Christie's time, she'd have had a field day.

I think they were known as a 'surfeit' then. There's a portrait in the National Portrait Gallery of a Georgian woman who died of a 'surfeit of cherries'.
Either she choked or she was allergic.

If it preserves life it has to be good. >_<
