Laughing out loud

I have to admit I have never had a reaction that bad but I have in the past had a problem in a toy shop or two because the assistant thought I was a dodgy teen who may mess about and nick things. I don't know why they behave like that. I have had to point out once that I was twenty something and buying something for my niece and was that okay for me to buy stuff from a shop because that's what I thought you could do. But at least it beats the time when I was a teenager and I got asked in the Early learning centre when my baby was due.

It's not as bad as someone thinking your husband is your dad when you're 24. :O

Oh you could have had fun there! You should have gone along with it then started making out by the lego bricks.

I like early learning centre. I don't have kids but I like to buy for friends kids there.

I would like to point out Re: The early learning centre incident, I was actually in there because I was WITH a geniunely pregnant girl and I WAS the one picked out as the "mother". Oh my chubby youth....

My friend is very very short and gets mistaken for a kid a lot even though she is older than me and one day she was in a toy shop with an arm full of toys checking how another toy worked when an assistant stormed up to her, ripped the toys from her hands and told her if she wanted to come into the shop again, she should come in out of school hours with her mum. She then informed the assistant she was actually 28, showed her a drivers lience and informed the assistant she would be no longer needing the nintendo wii she had ordered in.

Ha!

Laughing out loud A few years ago when I was around 26 my buddy and I went to see a movie and were stopped by the usher for our ID. The movie was 17 and up! Come on!!! I don't mind pulling out my ID for liqueur (19 over here) but a movie or lottery ticket (17) is just a little rediculous.
Anyways we walked by the usher laughing as he called behind us to stop. Idiot kid was probably 17 himself.

A 10-year-old girl just knocked on my door, handed me a 6-pack of Sierra Nevada Torpedo, said "thank you" and ran away.

Some sort of under-age drinking crackdown gone horribly wrong?

Shit, it might be entrapment, DaButt! Could be the Feds? Load up those guns, boy, it's Waco Time! Angry

Maybe it was a gift from her hot mom? Or dad. >_<

I'd like to think it's the beginning of a Bizarro Halloween tradition where kids bring adults free goodies, but I can only assume the girl is the daughter of a neighbor whose PC I fixed last month.

Maybe someone on the BCG returned the favour?

Gah I gotta stop watching 'Hung'.

Her mom is very hot, especially when she comes back from running 10 or 15 miles. I could never keep up. :(
