One of the reasons you may not have heard of Morrissey is because he boycotted your country due to seal hunting.

But as there is some form of animal hunting in every country in the world, maybe Morrissey should boycott planet Earth and go live on the Moon.

Laughing out loud You're probably right.
F**king Morrissey.

The "Webuyanycar.com" theme.

I love that bit where they try to shove in all the words 'any make, any model, from fifty quid to a hundred grand - we buy any car...dot com!'

So tell me, Curt; what was your wet dream about?

The "Webuyanycar.com" theme.

Better that than the latest 'Go Compare' song, which is doing my head in currently. :(

Haven't we all been there?

:O Not even this one -

Even Americans know this one. Shame on you Curt.

I'd never seen the clip before. But I do have the poster that's at the start of it. As well as the sheet music books for Viva Hate and Bona Drag (complete with the rather gay colour pics of Morrissey - usually shirtless - between songs). And the clip shows the opening title of Carry On Abroad as well as Charles Hawtrey's beach scene.

Curt, you might have heard this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eGvmB8Phk8 written by Morrissey (well, lyrics by Morrissey and the tune by Johnny Marr).

Ah, those lovely lesbians who got bored of being lesbians and started having sex with men. :)

Nope never heard that song either.
P.S. That redhead is incredibly hot.

Actually happened with a friend of mine. All she kept finding were rather butchy mullet wearing lesbians around here, so she switched to men. :)

Most folk music.

"Sweet Home Alabama" by Kid Rock. Every time I hear it I think "Great, it's Werewolves of London by Warren Zevon!" Then it turns out to be Kid Bloody Rock! Angry

Most folk music.

I agree with that.

I agree it's got to be one of the worst songs ever made.

I agree with that.

:)

I quite like some traditional Scottish and Irish songs (I've always sung them to my daughter as lullabyes and she can sing Loch Lomond beautifully now) but hate all that wimpy, accoustic guitar-y stuff.

I really like Canadian East-Coast Folk music. But like Dolly said about Scottish and Irish folk its pretty different from those craptacular hippy folk songs. Stan Rogers Barrett's Privateers is one of my favourites. A staple in Canadian music.
