I like to think I know enough to get by without starting a fire and that's really about it.

Bette Davis was great. Also, lovely eyes. Bette Davis had Bette Davis eyes.

Yeah, great actress. And I loved the bitter feud she had with Joan Crawford. You just don't get bitter feuds anymore.
Quote: Dolly Dagger @ October 13 2009, 2:00 PM BSTI let the cat out in the garden for the first time this morning. It ended with having to break into next door's garden and climbing a ladder to get him out of a tree. It was quite exciting.
Now that is exciting.

Griff and Seefacts? Ah, we'll never see the likes of that again.

Have you ever seen "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" Love= I'm Writing a Letter to Daddy.

Amazing film. Aside from those two old dames going at it hammer and tongues, it also starred the great Victor Buono.

There should have been action music for this. Like when T.J.Hooker jumped on the hood of a car

Joan put bricks in her pockets to make herself extra heavy for when Betty had to pull her.

Paging Dr. Freud, paging Doctor Sigmund Freud, can Doctor Freud please report to the BCG ward?
As for women plays, can I just say how disappointed I was with the Vagina Monologues - they didn't even attempt any ventriloquism.

It was. I was like a fire-fighter / cat burglar.

I had the James Bond theme in my head.

Griff and me. Seefacts didn't get him to leave. I have that dubious honour.

You rescued Pussy Galore, then?

I was Pussy Galore in my head. To everyone else I was just the mad woman breaking into someone's garden in a leather catsuit.
Quote: Little Jersey Devil @ October 13 2009, 1:53 PM BSTThe character isn't exactly like me, she's kind of a dark mirror. But she'll look just like me. And sound just like me.
Wouldn't it be an absolute shit if an actress who looked and sounded just like you auditioned and got the part!

She'd never get to the audition
