Is that everywhere or just in the UK?

The UK is the biggest importer of champagne in the world. Also, the French didn't invent champagne, the British did (a QI-gleaned fact.) :)

I'm going to make homemade sausages, well some form of faux-meat. I wanted to recreate the seasoning of Pork & Apple Sausages. Does anyone know the herbs and what kind of Apple is used and how you add it? I can't find a decent recipe anywhere!!

Cheers!

Id say a cooking apple, like a Bramley, sage and onion.

Thanks Bex, I found a recipe saying cooking apple too. So I'll stick with that. Finally, a chance to use the apples in the garden :).

It's also listed 1 tsp Dried Herbs as an ingredient Rolling eyes I'm guessing it means mixed? And Nutmeg too, mmm smelly.

You could make cider, apple crumble which I love with oat and cinnamon topping, apple strudel. Mmmmm.

I have loads of stewed plums in the freezer now and just a few fresh tomatoes left from the garden.

Next thing ready will be the passion fruit - anyone got a good recipe or foodie suggestion?

Mmm all the flavours I used were lovely. Sweet, spicy apple-y flavour. :) Should be ready at 6:15, can't wait *hungry*

The OFF button?

Ha! Was nowhere near it!

That happens to me every time I try to type without looking at my PC keyboard. Bloody F buttons doing sleep and shit.
Hate 'em.

Haha! I wondered what the hell was happening. Just typing away and then everything started flashing, all windows closed and the shutdown music came. I was pressing shit like a madman trying to stop it.

Oh, you can't stop it. Incidentally, you also nuked some small communist countries as well, pressing those keys.

Very apple-y, although texture of a sponge or gravy soggy bread. *leaves for another 10-15 mins*
