First minute of an animation I'm doing. Feedback on voices, whether it's funny, how it looks, all very needed before I continue with the other six or so minutes of it.

Looking good. Needs a bit more 'acting' in the dialogue though imo. I liked the weatherman. 
i like the humour in it, if I was gonna nit pick I'd say you should put a few more sound effects in it, like a sizzeling for the weather man. but I'm not gonna nit pick, I'm just gonna say it was really good, I'd want to see more!
I laughed out loud at the weatherman bit. I think Brooks has a good idea with a sizzling effect.
I found the little girl's blinking a bit distracting because it was so pronounced and frequent. I also think the bear's head should be a little more active when talking.
Looks impressive, & the weatherman bit was funny.
Couldn't understand what a few people were saying, but that's probably just me.
It looks great and I want to see more.
The voices are good too - are you doing them all yourself? If so, great job, but it might benefit from another voice instead for one or two of the characters.
Like others said, the weatherman gets a big tick.
Yep v enjoyable. I'd like to see more of these.
My only critque (as you've asked) is that I found it hard to hear what the cup was saying. That could be my computer though. (Read out of context that sounds very odd!)

Enormous thanks for the comments so far. To reply to few points (and to ask further questions of them):
Nil - When you say, "Needs a bit more 'acting' in the dialogue though imo" do you mean the acting isn't very good, needs to be more realistic, more exaggerated or something else?
Matt - Will get round to putting in the sound effects but it'll probably be the last thing I do. Definitely needs that sizzling sfx and will put it in.
Ben - You're right about the blinking. Shall fix. May fix the dog head(actually it's meant to be a lemming head, but er, yeah, how's anyone meant to guess that?) too but then things get a bit complicated for me regarding the shading.
Badge - Right now the voices are all mine. Other people are doing voices later in the piece. Yes, it'd be nice to get some variation voice-wise. Hopefully it's not too obvious they're all the same bloke so far.
Steve Sunshine and Jane P - Might have too redo the mug in places then. Bah, The pains of lip-synching!
So to repeat, thanks for the comments so far. And any further comments (especially any words on the voice {ahem} acting) very much looked forward too.

The voice did sound like a very easy "Mr Bean" impression. Have you thought about hiring VO actors? I'm sure Shoepie uses them.

Someone who acts for Radio 4 is doing a voice. Might be others. Haven't worked everything out yet. May change some of the voices in the clip.
Mr Bean certainly wasn't a conscious choice there. I think someone said I was doing a Terry Jones impersonation for the patient in 'Doctor Doctor'. Can't see the link there myself.
