Why does it have to be an unattractive woman for it to be rape? If it's sex you didn't agree to it's assault, whether you choose to press charges is a different matter.

Because if I'd said she was just as attractive everyone would've said they'd be just as happy, or something along those lines. I wanted a case in point that would be taken a bit seriously.

No, now you are confusing the argument. She was in Ibiza looking for some holiday shagging and decided to sleep with someone who looked like Twin A - I doubt there was any serious emotional connection otherwise she would have spotted the difference between Twin A and Twin B straight away.
If the announcement hadn't been made at the nightclub, she would have never known the difference. It was the public humiliation that was the disagreeable part, not the sex. Which as we know, she fully consented to.
That is completely different from drugging someone into unconciousness and having sex with them against their will.
BTW, I wonder if any of the other women at the nightclub kicked up a fuss or did they also laugh at the poor tricked girl?
