British Comedy Guide

Hi Dave!

Bizarre? I certainly think so.

lol, weird?

But great! I've been thinking about ditching Sky, even better reason to now.

If they added a good Discovery Channel, I would definitely get rid of Sky, over priced trash TV!

I love that they're calling it Dave.
I want to rename all the channels.

Five could be Sharina.
BBC4 could be Reginald. Hours of fun...

Get yourself a TopUpTV box and subscription then.

Laughing out loud

I propose that ITV1 be called Tracey. Or maybe Lucinda.

Lol, nah.

E4 - Ross, Rachel, Joey, Chandler, Pheobe, Monica.

Why not? £9.99 a month gets you UKTV Gold, Paramount Comedy, and a whole lot more that you'd probably never watch personally, but someone else might.

Do you work for them?

I like Sky, it just seems to be on a monthly cycle of repeats. I have freeview built into my tv anyway so as long as I get this Dave channel, it will be good.

UKTV G2, Paramount(s), and the Documentry Channels are all I watch, so it is a temptin offer.

Okay, where do I sign?

Unfortunately it's got a bit more complicated than it once was, but I would definitely recommend people at least investigate it. :)

Yes, I have to admit, I am quite tempted.

hurray for dave. and my built in freeview.

It's more than worth it for the 'Anytime' box alone (although you can by that seperately). Twin-tuner PVR - so you could be recording two different channels AND watching a previously recorded show at the same time. And of course auto-record so you can rewind whichever channel you're watching by up to half an hour. :)

Plus, although I'm not currently a subscriber, I believe that TopUpTV Anytime is just that. Rather than a standard scheduled channel, the system pushes shows to your box throughout the night, so you can watch the shows at any time you wish.

Ooh, they could get Papa Lazarou to do the adverts.

Hello Dave, you're my wife now.

I was wondering when someone would mention that.

I am nothing if not predictable!

Hello everyone!
