(and I'm guessing you looked the Merle Haggard one up Tim! :D )

Not at all. I got into Merle years ago (via the Elvis Costello cover of this song) and then explored his work further. A great songwriter. Proper old school country. :)

I stand corrected. And I owe you a cookie. Yes, he is one of the best there is. I grew up listening to him and Johnny Cash while riding in my dad's beat up Hornet.

I was a Kaiser Bill's Batman - Whistling Jack Smith

Which Kaiser Bill are you referring to?

Music Box Dancer - Frank Mills.

Tennessee Flat Top Box - Johnny Cash

Oops, I missed a page, hence put Frank Mills' Music Box Dancer in response to Chappers' Begging - Timebox, whereas I should have responded to Badge's I was a Kaiser Bill's Batman - Whistling Jack Smith. To very clumsily rectify matters:

I Walk The Line - Johnny Cash

I Bet That You Look Good On The Dance Floor - Arctic Monkeys

I Can't Dance - Gram Parsons
