You don't have to be that thin to have hip bones you can feel (at least not a size zero - which is a UK 4). And some people are just naturally thin - I always find it a bit hypocritical when they are referred to as not real women. We have to accept that women come in all shapes and heights.

Some women, I agree are naturally very thin and it's just circumstance but the bit that scared me about the guy was his girlfriend who is already very slender lost over a stone due to food poisoning one Christmas and her waist got down to 21 inches and she was very weak and ill and he found this erotic.

I don't agree with that term being applied to women in that sense because they are people and that is offensive but I understand where the term has come from because of airbrushing in magazines.
One of the more ridiculous I read was Liz Hurley saying she has her holiday photos etc, photoshopped!!!
