I just heard from my Doctor and for the first time since diagnosed my diabetes is apparently 'under control'.
So I celebrated with a chocolate hobnob. So carry on doing what I'm doing.

Thanks for the support and advice from people on here, thanks Ruby for my cookbook and Loopey for the BRILLIANT book (and all the diabetic treats).
It has been stressful at times, but now I know I can get it and keep it under control am so relieved.

Yay Danny. Went through that myself. Being able to control it with diet only is such an achievement. I will have my 4 year old do his happy dance for you!
