I would add to the gland thing cutting dog poo from the backsides of long haired dogs.

Yep, long haired dogs with short legs can get very messy bums. The best bit's when they drag it all indoors with them and it drops off on the floor. Rolling eyes

One of my past dogs cut his knob jumping over some barbed wire and needed stitches we had to check and keep clean. :O

And then you think "what is that smell?" before chasing the damn thing around the garden because it knows what you are planing to do.
