I saw this explained on Tomorrow's World once - or was it Horizon? Luckily I videoed it and can quote:
"The broken biscuits all rub together and cross pollinate etc. and produce a cocktail biscuit taste which is a mixture of finger cream, digestive and bourbon and others. It's f**king amazing."
