If Roman did what he is accused of and it can be proven in a fair trial. Then he should go to prison, perhaps for the rest of his life.

I would say that as a 14 year old I was as mature as I was when I was 20. But not everyone is.

Funnily enough my sister was talking about a 19 year old boy she went out with when she 15. It would be really frowned upon today, yet it wasn't then.
