Which would you have been if you'd been on there?

It's not for me to say, but I only look in the mirror to shave and see if my friends are vampires.
Billwill is a fantastic man with a huge brain and barnstorming knowledge of SF, but he's no David Bailey. I would say his waking the dead style forensic photography didn't help. (sorry Bill).
So, which photo was it? The number will do. DSCN? or whatever.
He did a lovely montage.
Hmm, I didn't think you could see them if you weren't there. Poor form Godot.
He disguised them a bit.

Outside of the Witness Protection Program message boards, none of the online communities I've visited have been so uptight about showing their faces in public. Why all the secrecy? Haven't all the security cameras loosened you guys up a bit by now?

I know. I'd love to see picks from the meet.
I know this is the wrong thread to mention this but a guy has just walked past my house naked except for a jesters hat.

To be fair, a lot of people have self image issues and the idea of a picture being posted on the internet for anyone to see can actually be very upseting. If someone posted a pic of me up without my permission, I would be in pieces but that's just me! But what I'm saying is that it's something people can get very angry about.

I'm happy for my face to be seen, as the Face In Hole thread proves, but others have a right to privacy if they so wish. I thought the whole point of only being able to see them if you were there was to encourage more people to attend in person.
I remember asking for pics of the first meet and being told that they weren't available if you hadn't attended, only seems fair to carry that on imo.

None of the people in the photos should be locked in a closet to avoid scaring small children or anything. I think many/most of them have posted photos (avatars, YouTube links, Facebook stuff, etc.) so I can only assume it comes down to one or two people who are actually paranoid about their photos being displayed. So I think it'd be better if their photos were protected and the rest were available to the general public. For wanking purposes.
I didn't want to say anything before but now, I'm a bit wound up. I remember the fact that when I mentioned I had seen a couple of the pics last year people saying they weren't happy about that or with me and made me feel like crap. Funny that... how an thoughtless moment triggered by someones need to cheer up someone who was very unhappy they missed out made me and Danny so in the wrong there...
BUT THAT'S ACCEPTABLE IS IT? Thanks you guys.
Sorry but it really did hurt at the time. I don't mean to have a go at Godot or everyone here but those who gave me a hard time and poor Danny too can officially now f**k off.
They know who they are.
Sorry again guys.
Unless the photographers are sticklers about copyright issues, I don't see why the subjects can't voluntarily post their photos in this thread. I can't because I wasn't there, but Andi re-posted a photo of me in my underwear about an hour ago, so I hope it'll suffice.
