Top of the league.

Top of a league. Not THE league.

:P

That would be the Champion's League then.

Nice to see you have so much concern for your local team.

Mine won an FA Cup 2nd qualifying round tie.

They're looking f**king shit. How boring!

My local team is Sutton United but I guess Mike's local team is somebody like Southampton.

It is FC United of Manchester and why is it there fault?

Because they've probably taken Hyde's fans. You know how fickle Lancastrians are.

As a Chelsea supporter I'm a little disappointed about the result today but good luck to Wigan.

What really pissed me off was that those scummy bastards won again.

Derby won! Hurrah!

Derby are my 5th team - I used to see them up to 10 times a season around 1990-91 as a friend was fan and I used to go with him. Not been since they've been at Pride Park - the last time I saw them was when they lost to Leicester in the old Division One play-off final in the mid-90s.

For the record my teams are:

1. Lincoln City - the family team
2. Liverpool - loads of rellies there (including a few Evertonians)
3. Peterborough United - my local local team
4. Norwich City - lived there for 2 years, my brother still does
5. Derby County - see above

typical bitter £hel$ea fan. Im ecstatic that the cheating, over hyped c**ts finally got what they deserved. Oh and I'm looking forward to you crashing out of europe AGAIN and watching your league form slip AGAIN.

Of course if there's one word which could never characterise that rant, it's the one in bold.

From the tone of your post I have to ask, are you really a Chelsea fan?

Methinks the gentleman doth protest too much. Angelic

Yeah, and they got well and truly turned out last time they were in the top flight. ;)
