Posting to Italy don't cost much

I thought of 'Ugly Pigeon' clothing but then I went and Googled it and there is already an Ugly Pigeon website.
Which is rather amusing if you were curious.

Temporary Tattoo Tees

Good luck Lee - put me on your mailing list.

Double Take Tees?

I think your MonkeyTrumpet name is still the best so far though. As already stated, it conjurs up a nice potential logo there.

:)

TrunkeyMompet.com

How's about Purple Monkey Dishwasher? It's a classic Simpson's line and it's bound to attract attention...

maybe not...googled it and a pile of crap came up... :(

Why not stick with the sitcom trials kind of theme and go with

The name should suit the market you're aiming at. Who are they?
Also, what will be on it, just a few words, gags or what?

Marketwise, quite wide really. Kids to late thirties I'd say. Different ranges will suit different demographics.
Some will be just words, some pictures with captions etc. Probably starting with ten in each specific range.

Perhaps 'Hello Mister' would be a good name? Perhaps not. 'Kontol' or 'Memex' if you want something shorter. A few years ago, Viz comic ran some genuine adverts for T-shirts with really awful, unfunny slogans.

They still do.
