She giggled a lot. Especially when they asked her about "having a little poo".

Fair enough, Stotty, some people are easily pleased. ;) :)

*Shakes Fist* Why, I oughta' . . !

Yes, but many of them used to be laugh as well. The only guest I've seen who's genuinely seemed to find what was happening funny is Paddy Considine, to be honest.

That's the problem, the guests have seen the show, know what the show is about and generally just try to stay out of the way of Vic and Bob. Lee Mack, who is usually a top comedy turn on panel shows, looked as if he was standing in a bank queue ready to cash his cheque.

Putting on my nostalgia specs, I always think back fondly to when Larry Hagman was on the show. He looked as if the lunatics had taken over the asylum and genuinely feared for his life.

Those days aren't coming back, so we get the same old, same old.

I think this is one of the most dismal programs I have ever seen.
As much fun as watching a Sainsbury's store manager arguing with one from Tesco about the price of stuff at Asda.
To think this was the same nation that brought us THE GOONS,MONTY PYTHON.
How far the mighty fall!

Is your opinion directed at just the new series, or Shooting Stars of all time? Makes quite a difference, y'see. Just curious.

Just finished watching tonight's episode and I must admit that Shooting Stars is starting to leave me a bit lacklustre.

In the previous incarnations of the show, Vic and Bob used to have the time to really rip into their celebrity guests, the shows had a real sense of danger. Even Johnny Vegas going off on one of his rants had that exciting threat quality that is lacking from the new shows.

It all seems incredibly staged and formulaic.

Mutya, one of the original Sugababes. Now that Keisha's been dumped, the original line up could get back together, but presumably they wouldn't be allowed to call themselves the Sugababes because that name belongs to the group with no Sugababes in it. They'd have to be the Old Sugababes or something.

Reminds me a bit of Trigger's broom.

Ah, thanks for that Badge. Is that how low Shooting Stars has to stoop for 'celebrity' guests? They could have at least got the black one from the Sugarbabes, she was my favourite.

Laughing out loud Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

I noticed a couple of times they were genuinely laughing though. Bob when Vic started sulking and vic when that girl was poking her finger through his hole.

And the old chestnut - "Women have more hair on the (w)hole."

Tonight's episode was worth it for the question...

"True or false? Danny Glover's had enough of this shit." :)

True or false - Jodie Marsh?

Interesting analogy there. I might actually want to see that happen. Give it at least a pilot.

I suppose it's more of a sketch show now in the style of Bang Bang.

And as such it's pretty good, even if it no longer has the the wonderous joy of watching the sheer terror of unwitting stars.

I still look forward to it and that Andreas character is ace.

I must admit I did giggle out loud at Andreas (sp?) cat dance. Very funny!

I did too. By the way, it's spelt "Angelos".

Some of questions has mentioned above like the Jodie Marsh one were brilliant though.
