Talking about this stuff feels way too jinxy - if indeed "jinxy" is a word - for me at the moment.

The deadline for submissions is the 1st of October. Is that any help?

Give them a call and ask them. You won't need to quote the freedom of information act.

You should know all this info from the Prod Co. How can you do a deal with people if they won't tell you what the deal is? It's madness I tell you!

Oh......

The Commission Round is every 6 months in this particular case, that's what I was told.

The forthcoming one, indeed, is in October.

If you don't get your script in this Round, you'll then have to wait until April... of course, that's if the ProdCo will submit it then.

You've got my sympathies Mark - presumably the ProdCo you mention is whittling down radio sitcom scripts to a few that it's prepared to pitch to R4. A situation I'm in too...

That's the one, Doctor. Still, anything but "no" is good news...
