:D

I am a fan.
I've seen them three times live.
Once at a Bingo hall, once at an Arts centre & once at my local.

And Gertcha is my current ringtone.

All together now...

Ossie you're gonna play a blinder-
in the cup for Tott ing Ham

I think we have enough genuine fans on here to hold a tribute evening. Dolly let's get over to Steve's pronto. I'll bring the pickled onions you bring the whippet!

The report states that they were a duo; they were actually a three-piece, but the drummer's name simply wasn't in the bandname.

I think his name was 'N'

Does anyone remember the Two Ronnies doing an impression of Chas n Dave?

Someone had to go too far. I bow to none in my admiration for Chas & Dave; Aint No Pleasing You is one of the most heartwrenching love songs ever recorded, and in my youth I was rarely to be seen without a flat cap and a silk scarf - but pie 'n' mash shops were (are there any left?) an abomination.

I didn't think that there were any Pie n Mash shops left until I moved to Dagenham.
However I didn't think that Chas n Dave were still together until I moved to Dagenham

...and they use cat food as the filling and serve the mash with a knife because it has too many lumps for a spoon?
