Will it still be in his chest?
BCG Meet up 2009 Page 78
His knife is no match for my razor sharp wit, edgey comedy and cutting remarks. As a dashing young blade, I'm going to take a stab in the dark when Kevin goes for a slash and ask him if he's a Bowie fan.
I'm sure you've had it up to the hilt with my knife based punnery, especially Miss Dagger, so I'll flick off.
I wish I could be there, but my schedule just wouldn't allow it. Who among you is trustworthy enough to PayPal some money to so that I might buy a drink or two?

You call that a knife joke?
This is a knife joke!

Does this Aaron guy have a Paypal account that I could send some money to?

*points at Aaron*
That's very kind, but why not just toast the BCG when you have one yourself tomorrow? I promise we'll raise some sort of remembrance toast at the meet in memory of our absent comrades. (I'll get Ellie to sort that out... )

Trust me, I shall. But I'd hoped to be there tomorrow and I'm the generous type. So somebody send me a Paypal address so I can contribute to the delinquency of your livers.

He does, but is rather reluctant to get involved in this buying drinks malarkey.

I think we should have a toast for all those who couldn't make it.

PM the address, I'll send money and you can either dole out drinks for the group (and KFC for yourself) or spend it on DVDs. I'll never know!

I wondered where I got that idea from. You know what we should do tomorrow? Organise some sort of drink up with people from this forum. Doesn't that sound like a good idea I just came up with?
Great idea. We can discuss this idea I've had for a sitcom set in a terribly-run hotel in Torquay.

Slips into full-on American mode:
Y'all are gonna turn down free drinks? No wonder your empire failed. I guess I'll head down the road to the Chinese Comedy Guide and see if they'd like a drink.
