It's tomorrow - how should I celebrate it when we've got next to nowt cash. Should I invite her along or should I go alone coz it's cheaper?
All responses appreciated if real or comedic - I could do with a laugh.

Well, considering what a disaster my 7th anniversary was, you could probably do just about anything and have a better time then I did. That said, try recreating your most memorable cheapest date. My husband and I did that for our 3rd and we had the best time. It was close to Halloween and we ended up in a costume shop. A very good memory indeed.
Just repeatedly ask her how tall she weighs.

[*scribbles]...how...tall...she....weighs.
Yep, I like the sound of that.
Cheapest date idea sounds like fun but which of the 3650 do we choose?
It's ours in November and I mentioned this to my wife a few weeks ago and she didn't realise, thought it was only 9. We had a brief chat about what we should do but didn't really decide anything as we haven't got too much money to splash about as I'm not working but trying to be a writer. This means I'm living off her and don't like to be too flash with her cash.
At the weekend, she asked me if we should celebrate and I said we could get our usual baby sitter and we could just go to the pub if she wanted. I didn't want to make a big thing out of it if she didn't. At that moment our little boy came into our room and I got up and took him to play downstairs.
When my wife came down she was clearly pissed off with me although she denied it at first.
After a couple of hours I confronted her and eventially she told me she was upset at my lack of enthusiasm for celebrating out anniversary. I couldn't believe it as only a few weeks before, she didn't even know it was a milestone one.
Still don't know what I'm going to do.
Make love to her like you've never made love to her before.

I could see where that was leading before you said it - it's so difficult to know what to do for the best half the time. You go over the top and you get accused of being wasteful but if you tone it down they think you don't care.
I share your pain.

I tried that once before and she said she'd have me sectioned if I ever tried it again.

(At least it'd be a break from her!)

Again? I did that last year - if I do it again I'll end up in hospital.

She'll never agree to wear a clown mask.

Use Rohypnol. Saves a lot of negotiating time.

I'm just worried I won't remember anything.
