Audio levels are awful sort it ouuutt

How so? There's a bit of me breathing on the mic, don't know what else you mean though? Plus, this is just a test recording.

I can't hear a damn thing

I don't understand? Two different computers here a Mac and PC and the sound is fine. Even on low I can hear them. There's a bit of hissing and I may mumble a few words. But anything else, I'm lost as to how to fix it, when I'm not sure what's happening.

Strange. Oh well.

Will be home in 10.

The sound level is coming through very low, Lee, and only via one speaker when I play it (this is through my laptop, but doesn't normally make any difference).

I am using external loud speakers on this computer, but still doesn't explain why it worked on a laptop I tied it on. This isn't looking good for future releases Errr Cheers Tim.

Just uploading a louder version.

EDIT:

Slightly louder version. Any better?

Marginally at best. And still only one speaker. :(

OK, I think I need to use better recording software, I only used a very basic .wav recorder. Downloading Audacity, that should do the trick. Plus, I should talk louder Pleased Thanks for the help.

Good luck mate. ;)

Cheers! :D

Yes, much better (still mono though, but...) :)

:D Excellent.

I actually think the microphone is mono. It's a Singstar microphone :$ But sounds fine played locally on my computer. I've simulated stereo before, so I know it's possible. Will have to look into that as well.

#cheers Tim!
