I'm still trying to wake up following a snooze following a pub lunch in Surrey.

What do you drink Dolly?

You give off a white wine vibe.

Are the fumes travelling that far? :O

I'm guessing meths from a brown plastic bag. Meths she has to ask strangers to buy her since the meth shop will no longer serve her.

Hey, I won't even drink lager from cans.

A little snifter of Listerine is okay though. :)

Some of the blended ones are okay with coke - particularly Grouse. I'll drink single malts with ice. Glenmoarangie is the current favourite. I was given it to drink from the age of five so that I could have my hair brushed.

Or Glenfidich with ice (not water) if Bell's isn't available.

Laughing out loud

But not Jack Daniels. Used to drink a lot of that as a teen (listening to Guns 'n' Roses) and then just found it too syrupy.

Everyone drinks shit loads of JD when they're young. LOL!

Right, I'm off down to the corner shop. Anyone want anything while I'm down there? Drifters, chewing gum, sellotape?

My husband had was diagnosed with congestive heart failure when Aynsley was 6 weeks old and almost died. He was in really bad shape for a couple of years and then started to miraculously get better. When I got my diagnosis in December 2007, he was a great help to me, like I was for him. However, when I lost my hair during chemo and really started to look sick, he changed and became downright mean toward me. I actually caught him slagging me off on the phone once saying "She just has cancer, what is the big deal?"

The nail in the "idiot" coffin came when I again caught him on the phone saying that sleeping with me was like sleeping with Frankenstein. Yeah, that was pretty much the end for me. :(

Hug :(

Thanks. I needed that.

The real kick in the teeth is that my parents never liked him when we got along well and now that we aren't they love him to pieces. Errr
