I was always (and still am sometimes) lumbered with babysitting. There is 7 years between me and my first sister and 15 years between me and my second sister. Not far of the different between your eldest and the newcomer!
Congratulations! What are you calling him? Make sure it's something cool. I've got a nephew who will be turning 3 later this month, and when he was born, I suggested calling him names like Max or Frankie. When I found out that my sister was calling him Thomas, I was a bit disappointed that it was so unoriginal. Then I realised that the name will allow me to call him "T" when he's older, so that's pretty cool.

Lol! You don't know the half of it! I've already got a B-boy/Breakdance name planned for him - Tommy Zoom. Actually, I got that name from a CBeebies cartoon that I often watch with him. I know a Graffiti artist who customises denim jackets, and he's going to give my nephew one with the name on the back, when he's older.
My B-boy/Breakdance name is Leevil's LOT-2-damage-I-nation!
Advice to random, just don't do what my cousin and his missus did and name your son, 'Blade'. Seriously, I shit you not, 'Blade'. Poor little sod. 
(And my cousin's surname is 'Layman', BTW.)
