Mondas unless you mean New Who where they're from an alternative universe and rubbish.

Depends which Cybermen
There are a version from Earth (New Who) and a version from Mondas
Ah so it's the old cybermen who are from Mondras? This is perhaps why I didn't know this.
The original Who ones are.
