What are you reading right now? Page 79

Yes, I'm loving the book.
Seen plenty of adaptations of the book, the Basil Rathbone and Jeremy Brett ones are great, so is Peter Cushing's Hammer 1959 one, but the best adaptation for me is the one Peter Cushing made for the BBC in 1968- just beautiful television. I really would recommend the DVD if you haven't seen it- [p=http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/162645/Sherlock-Holmes-The-Hound-Of-The-Baskervilles/Product.html]

Trust me, it will be the best fiver you ever spend.

Thanks, I'll have a look. I really enjoyed the BBC one from a few years ago until they changed the bloody ending! Rolling eyes

Got the DVD of that, don't think I've watched it. Might give it a go in the near future.

It's ok I suppose. I won't give away the changes! :)

Watson did it.

The Closed Circle - Jonathan Coe's sequel to The Rotter's Club.

I read his What A Carve Up and hated it so can't bring myself to read his others.

I suppose though I'll be interested to see a twist in it.

Chris Donald - The Inside Story of Viz.

Marina Lewycka - A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian

It's pretty good. My mom got Lewycka's second book from her Scottish friends, I'll need to to borrow it later.

Don Quixote.

I loved What A carve Up!

Catcher in the Rye--haven't read this in a while and I heard my neighbour call someone a damn phony, so I was feeling all nostalgic...

I'm down by Mishna Wolff. Brilliant!
