Was she ever a regular, really? True that she was in a number of episodes towards the beginning of season one, but only played a minor character even then.

There were quite a few articles out reporting on her promotion to series regular in her contract and then being taken off contract too.

I seeeee. Interesting. Interesting.

I always thought it was a bit of joke casting because she was in Roseanne with Johnny Galecki. Maybe she would work in smaller doses, but I like it that she and Sheldon hate each other!

So did I.

I just watched this week's new episode on my V+ and it was brilliant stuff.

Sheldon's reaction to the Leonard Nimoy napkin had me in fits of laughter.

This is rapidly becoming one of my favourite sitcoms of all time.

Quality, quality stuff indeed.

I made the mistake of watching that episode on a crowded train...

Yeah, I loved that part. Also, when he tries to "hug" Penny. Hilarious.

Wow. Superb, if not sad, end to the season. Absolutely loved it. Lots of laughs, and a brilliant cliffhanger there. Can't wait for season 3 to start. Roll on September!

It's one of the few shows that I truly enjoy watching. I'm actually amazed it's still on the air. Usually if something doesn't catch fire immediately, they let it go. I think this show is hysterically funny and it's one of the high points of my viewing week. I can't wait for September either.

I love this show. season 2 has really outstripped season 1 in my opinion. My fav moment in season 2 is the one where Sheldon is "high" on coffee and is dressed as the flash - so so so funny. "No problem, I'll be back before this bannana hits the ground. Zoom Zoom Zoom Zoom."

Just reading that made me laugh out loud. :D

I see that Jim Parsons has been nominated for an Emmy for his portrayal of Sheldon. Up against the likes of Alec Baldwin though, presumably for Jack in 30 Rock.

Seriously can't wait for it to restart. In my opinion, (behind 30 Rock) it's the funniest US comedy on right now.

Is Jim Parsons really 36?

I think he's one of those people who looks younger than his years.

Season three starts September 21st (in the US).
