Haaiiiiiii !

Heh, heh, a relevant funny thing happened a few months ago in the Coronet pub, which has a huge bar area being a converted large cinema.

Long ago at Uni I was in the Judo club and one of the things we learned was how to do the un-nerving judo/karate shout. Its a sudden shout you make, contracting the belly muscles as well as the chest muscles to force the air through the larynx, to surprise your opponent & put him off balance.

Anyway friends & I were talking about Judo & I said I can still do the shout.
They didn't seem to know what I meant, so I demonstrated.

My shout was extremely loud & reverberated around the whole of the bar area and completely stopped dead all conversations throughout the bar.

:D :P Laughing out loud Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

Like Miss Piggy?

Laughing out loud

Going to London Friday, which I have mentioned previously (Natural History Museum. Cool)

Any decent places I should definitley go to? not interested in all the wax works poop, and Buckingham Palace, also going to the Imperial War Museum which looks good. This is in South Kensington apparently. Where can I find celebrities to shout 'Twat' at?

My gfriend has bought a pop up map of London which I'm not f**king happy about by the way.

If it's big enough, you could stand in the map, like Joey from Friends.
Whilst wearing a large furry hat with a Union Jack on it.

We all wear them down here!

Cool, I was really hoping I would fit in. I might even pull out an Olympics camera, socks and sandels, and make me eyes squint a bit.

:)

No it's not.

The Natural History, Science Museum and V&A are practically all next door to each other in South Ken.

The Imperial War Museum is trickier to get to. I recommend the Cabinet War Rooms in Westminster and then a boat trip along the Thames past Tower of London, under Tower Bridge, etc, from nearby.

Ok, thanks Dolly.

Good job you said that then, else the pop up map would have been doing my head in.

I want to go to one of those 'Garlic' restaurants too, where everything including drinks has garlic in it. I'll look into that.

Thanks.

:)
